Big stages. Personal touches.
Events worth remembering.
Event marketing is one of my longest-running and strongest areas of experience. It’s also where my full range of skills comes together. From sales incentive trips to VIP hospitality on a world stage, my focus is always the same: make guests feel like the experience was made just for them.
Two programs. One goal.
For more than a decade each, I led the creative vision for the annual national sales incentive programs at Cox Communications (Winner’s Circle) and BellSouth/AT&T (Pinnacle Club). I partnered with their internal event marketing teams, working on schedules that started a full year before each event. For both, the mission was clear: motivate top performers and make every trip feel truly earned.
Each program took place at a new resort destination with its own story and setting. The challenge was keeping it fresh, while making sure it always felt unmistakably Winner’s Circle or Pinnacle Club.
The solution was a consistent master brand with a fresh creative identity each year. Destination-inspired themes, imagery, typography and messaging gave every program its own character. Consistent brand elements tied it all back to the program. Both programs earned 98–100% guest approval ratings, year after year. And both clients kept me on for more than 10 years each.
Hospitality on a world stage.
For The Coca-Cola Company, I created the look and feel for corporate hospitality programs at some of the world’s most celebrated events, including the Olympic Games in Athens and Torino, the Masters at Augusta National, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen and the Sundance Film Festival.
Every event had its own personality. Athens leaned into ancient Greek pattern and natural kraft. The Masters called for classic green and quiet elegance. Sundance felt handmade, with torn papers and typewriter type.
The common thread was a guest experience that felt personal, premium and unmistakably Coca-Cola.
Hands-on from start to finish.
My involvement spanned the full guest journey, from announcements and invitations to travel materials, guest guides, signage, branded amenities and on-site experiences. Along the way, I handled the design, writing and editing, and created templates so sales leaders could build their own presentations on brand.
Behind the scenes, I managed pre-press for print and signage production and worked closely with suppliers on quality control, making sure every piece looked right and arrived on time.
Every touchpoint built anticipation, from the first announcement to final night.

The experience is bigger than any one piece. It’s how all the pieces work together.
