I’ve always been curious about how the work comes together.
Early in my career, I wanted to understand every part of the creative process. Not only how an idea was developed, but how it became something real.
Strategy. Storytelling. Design. Production. Delivery.
As my career evolved, I watched others specialize. That path never quite fit me. I followed the work instead, building experience across brands, communications, presentations, sponsorships, experiential programs and creative systems.
Over time, that range became one of my greatest strengths.
It taught me to understand the challenge before jumping to the creative. To find the story first. And to know what it takes to carry an idea all the way to the finish line.
Thinking and doing have always gone together for me.
I can step into a conversation to help think through an initiative, organize complex information, shape a story or explore a creative direction. Then I can put that thinking to work through presentations, communications, design and production.
Sometimes I'm the creative thought partner. Sometimes I'm hands-on execution. Most of the time, a little of both.
That combination led me to found and lead my own agency, and later to work as a consultant, creative lead and in-house team member across industries. The roles have changed. The way I work hasn’t.
It starts with listening.
I bring a point of view, but I start with discovery. Asking questions about the audience, the business and the goals helps me find the right way forward.
Then I look for the connections between ideas, information and disciplines. What matters, what belongs together, what needs emphasis and how the pieces can become something clear and cohesive.
Whether I’m leading a project on my own or working as part of your team, the approach is the same.
